Online store regulations

§1. General Information

The online store available at miecwene.pl is operated by MIEĆ WENĘ Limited Liability Company, NIP: 8943205961, KRS number: 0001022046, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Stanisławowska 47, 54-611 Wrocław, Poland.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, in particular:

  • rules for distance selling of goods,

  • placing orders,

  • payment of prices,

  • delivery of products,

  • the Buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract,

  • rules for submitting and processing complaints.

§2. Definitions

Buyer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Seller – the entrepreneur operating the online store covered by these Terms and Conditions, i.e., MIEĆ WENĘ Sp. z o.o.; the Seller is also the Service Provider.
Goods – all products offered for sale in the online store.
Digital Product – digital content delivered in the form of a downloadable file (e.g., e-book, PDF), hereinafter also referred to as the Product.
Online Store / Website – the website operated at miecwene.pl
Order – a declaration of intent by the Buyer aimed at concluding a sales contract for a digital product by specifying its type and quantity.
Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of the online store.

§3. Using the Online Store

To browse the store’s offer and place orders, a computer, smartphone, or tablet with Internet access and a web browser is required.
Browsing the store’s assortment does not require registration.

§4. Products and Orders

Products offered in the store are digital content delivered as downloadable files.

To conclude a sales contract, you must:

  1. Place an order on the website by adding the product to the cart.

  2. Confirm the obligation to pay by clicking the “Place order” button.

  3. Provide the e-mail address to which the download link will be sent.

  4. Enter invoice details if a VAT invoice is to be issued.

  5. Make the payment using one of the available methods.

§5. Payments

Product prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.
Available payment methods include online transfer, BLIK, and payment card.
Payments are processed by the operator Przelewy24.

§6. Delivery

The digital product is delivered automatically after the payment is recorded – in the form of a link sent to the provided e-mail address.
The link remains active for 48 hours or 3 download attempts.

§7. Withdrawal from the Contract

The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if, before the start of the service and after being informed about the loss of this right, they consented to the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

This consent is given during the ordering process by selecting the appropriate option.
If such consent is not given, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

§8. Complaints

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years from that moment.

Complaints (e.g., lack of access to the file, defective file) should be submitted via e-mail to: miecwene@gmail.com.
The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days from its submission.

§9. Personal Data (GDPR)

The administrator of Buyers’ personal data is:
MIEĆ WENĘ Sp. z o.o., NIP: 8943205961, KRS: 0001022046, ul. Stanisławowska 47, 54-611 Wrocław, Poland.

Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Retention period: for tax purposes or until consent is withdrawn.

The Buyer has the right to:

  • access their data,

  • rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data,

  • data portability,

  • object to processing, and

  • file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

§10. License and Copyright

Digital products constitute works within the meaning of the Polish Copyright Act of 4 February 1994.
All content is protected by copyright law.

The copyright owner is MIEĆ WENĘ Sp. z o.o.
Products may be protected by a watermark or another protection mechanism.

The Buyer may:

  • save the product in the device memory,

  • display, play, and store digital files – exclusively for personal use.

It is prohibited to:

  1. Share, copy, print, or distribute the products;

  2. Rent, sublicense, or make the content available to other persons;

  3. Edit or remove file protections;

  4. Use the product for commercial purposes.

In case of violations, the Store may pursue compensation under general legal principles.

§11. Out-of-court Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)

The Consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution.

§12. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the following shall apply:

  • the Polish Civil Code,

  • the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,

  • the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, about which the Buyer will be informed by e-mail.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from: 12.06.2025.
