§1. General Information

This Privacy Policy is addressed to users visiting the website miecwene.pl and using the services available on this website, such as the online store, contact form, and newsletter subscription.

This Policy describes the principles of collecting and using data of the Service users, which are collected directly from them or through cookies and similar technologies.

Administrator – MIEĆ WENĘ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Stanisławowska 47, 54-611 Wrocław, entered into the National Court Register under number 0001022046, NIP: 8943205961, acting as both the Service Provider of the Online Store and the Seller.

Personal Data – information about a natural person identified or identifiable by one or more specific factors determining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including device IP address, online identifier, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies, processed in accordance with the GDPR.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Online Store, Website – the website operated at miecwene.pl.

User – any natural person visiting the Online Store or using one or more services or functionalities described in this Policy.

Policy – this Privacy Policy.

§3. Types of Processed Data

For the purpose of providing services, the Administrator processes:

  1. information concerning the user’s device to ensure proper functioning of services: computer IP address, information contained in cookies or other similar technologies, session data, web browser data, device data, and activity data on the Website, including individual subpages;

  2. geolocation information, if the user has given consent for the service provider to access geolocation – used to provide more tailored product and service offers;

  3. other data such as name and surname, e-mail address, and data necessary to issue an invoice (if applicable).

§4. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data of the Website User are processed by the Administrator:

  1. in order to perform the Website services, i.e. the contract for the provision of electronic services in accordance with the regulations available at miecwene.pl/regulamin (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

  2. on the basis of consent, e.g. for the use of cookies or geolocation (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

  3. to fulfill tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data are collected during order placement and contact with the administrator and processed until the user ceases to use the Website.

User personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. payment operators, hosting providers, accounting offices), solely to the extent necessary to provide services, in accordance with concluded data processing agreements.

§6. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract or until consent is withdrawn, and after that for the period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims and for the period required by tax regulations.

After the processing period expires, the data are irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

Each User has the right to:

  1. request access to their data and obtain a copy of them (Article 15 GDPR);

  2. request rectification or correction of data (Article 16 GDPR);

  3. request deletion of data (Article 17 GDPR);

  4. request restriction of data processing (Article 18 GDPR);

  5. request transfer of data to another administrator (Article 20 GDPR);

  6. withdraw consent for data processing (Article 7(3) GDPR);

  7. object to data processing for reasons related to their particular situation (Article 21 GDPR);

  8. lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Article 77(1) GDPR).

§8. Cookies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper functioning and for analytical purposes.

The User may manage cookies in their browser settings. Using the Website without changing browser settings means consent to their use.

The Administrator exercises particular care to protect personal data. Data are:
