Years of teaching experience: 7
I’m a graduate of a secondary school in administration and office work, and I have a very good command of Ukrainian. For many years I also trained staff in the banking sector, and that’s where I picked up the qualities that matter most in this job: patience, understanding and empathy. I’ve been teaching at Mieć Wenę for three years.
I teach Polish to students at every level — from complete beginner (A0) right up to C1. I also prepare students for language exams from B1 to C1, focusing both on getting them properly ready for the exam and on putting the language to use in everyday situations.
I’ve a real love of working with children, too. I’m good at building a rapport with them, getting them interested in the language and motivating them to study regularly. I also help them prepare for their school tests and exams, adapting my methods to their age, needs and level.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cycling and spending time with my family. I set great store by personal growth and new experiences, and I love meeting new people. I like helping others and get involved in volunteering, because it gives me a sense that I’m doing something good for other people.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming into my children's lives. I can hardly find the words to fully express how grateful I am. You're the best person they've met since we moved here from Ukraine. To them, you're not just a teacher — you're someone who will always support them, offer advice, explain things and give them honest, well-timed praise. You've become not only their teacher but someone genuinely close and important to them. Thank you for your big heart, your care, your support and the atmosphere you create in your lessons. You do so much more than just teach. I want you to know that I'll always be deeply grateful for your work, and for the warmth and care you give my children.

Good evening 🙂 Our lessons with Nina came to an end this week, sadly ((( I wanted to leave a review. Nina is simply an amazing teacher and person. With her, even the most difficult topics were easy to learn. Nina explains the material really well and helps you understand everything, and the lessons are interesting — they don't just rely on the textbook. We always cover interesting, real-life topics that you can easily put to use in everyday life in Poland. Thanks to Nina, I've made incredible progress, and after a year and a half of studying I passed my B2 exam with a high score — over 85 points. My husband took lessons too and also came on enormously, especially with his spoken Polish. He started talking to Polish people more often and stopped being shy about it. What's more, thanks to Nina I learnt more about Poland and its culture, which made it easier for me to fit into society and settle into life in this country. Nina is simply wonderful, and we hope we'll come back for lessons with her again 🫶🫶🫶 Thank you so much for creating such a brilliant language school, and I wish you every success as it grows!
